Student Organization Code of Conduct (abridged)
- Unauthorized presentation of oneself and one's organization.
- Possession, manufacture or distribution of false identification.
- Theft.
- Causing physical harm or reasonable apprehension of harm.
- Destroying property of others.
- Behavior that disrupts or interferes with normal university sponsored activities.
- Failure to comply with directions of university officials.
- Unauthorized use, possession or dissemination of alcohol.
- Use or possession of illegal drugs.
- Participation in or promotion of a disturbance of the peace.
- Engaging in disorderly conduct or lewd, indecent or obscene behavior.
- Encouraging or permitting others to engage in misconduct.
- Initiating or causing to be initiated any false report.
- Use or possession of firearms.
- Knowingly violating the terms of any disciplinary sanction.
- Verbal comments that are individually directed and are harassing, intimidating, or threatening.
- Participation in rape or any other kind of sexual assault.
- Any act that intimidates or threatens anyone because of his/her intending to file a police report.
- Hazing or any method of pre-initiation or initiation into a student organization that causes or is likely to cause bodily danger, harm or personal degradation.
- Obstruction or disruption of the educational process.
- Physical abuse or threat of such abuse of a person or property.
- Denial of membership because of race, religion, origin, age, sex, disability, veteran's status, or sexual orientation.
- Inappropriate use of organizational funds.
- Violation of any other university policy.
